This is a quick & dirty program that enables the TV picture alignment you have selected
in display properties. For some reason the ATI Rage card drivers don't enforce the settings upon restart, until you change your resolution or color depth. All this program does is automatically refresh your current resolution, so you don't have to waste time doing it manually every time your system reboots. This little ten minute project is
open source, so if you are curious about the code, open Visual Basic 6 and open the attached source.
